David Stone - Senior Interim Executive and a Founder of 3Ps. David was head hunted to join the board of a rapidly growing technology solutions company as Chief Technical Officer.  Prior to this David and his team were head hunted from KPMG to work for Arthur Andersen BC where David was responsible for developing and delivering AA's Data Warehousing, Content Management and Web Delivery practice

In 2001 David begun working independently, becoming a founder of 3P's in 2003. During this time he has worked successfully with small and medium sized companies in a senior role to help them grow and develop. Some of his projects include:

bullet Collaborating with the MD of a new company to successfully bid and win a 'Smart Award' focused on the development of a product prototype;
 
bullet As Interim Financial Director assisted a transport training company to successfully acquire £3.2m worth of  European Funding for a London wide training project; and
 
bullet Streamlined the project management process of an international consultancy and marketing organisation through the review and redesign of their IS/IT systems.

Dyana Browne - Assignment Co-ordinator and a founder of 3P's. Dyana's  specialismns are People Dynamics and Performance Management. Dyana has experience in public, private and voluntary sector and has worked for Blue Chip organisations such as Sedgwick UK, Morgan Stanley, and many public sector organisations including a number of local authorities. Some of her projects include:

bulletLeading and co-ordinating the strategic planning process across 60 services for a Nationwide Housing Association in 2004 and 2005.
bulletCarrying out a training needs analysis and arranging training for a group of care homes in Surrey.
bulletDeveloping a marketing and implementing a marketing strategy for a commercial cleaning company.
bulletDesigning a training programme for a Youth Leadership Programme.
bulletSpecifying and supervising the building of a customised database programme.
bulletEstablishing a performance management system based on Balanced business scorecard for I.T. support Company.

Laurel Roberts - HR specialist: Laurel has over 15 years business management experience, 8 years as a Human Resources professional supporting managers in large and small organisations to achieve their business objectives.  She has worked across a wide range of sectors including IT, FMCG, Publishing, Information, Media and Financial Services. 

Laurel supports to bring new thinking and practices to manpower planning, recruitment, performance, rewards, staff retention and development, as well as offering employment law advice. Laurel's projects include HR support to the following companies:

 Liz Taylor - Project and systems Support:  As well as maintaining the systems of the business and providing direct project support to our Interim Project Team, Liz can provide project support to our clients or draw from her bank of support workers to do this.
