Coaching Skills for Managers

This course won't make you a coach, but it will give you valuable coaching skills to use within your team. You will be better able to work in a way that leaves each person feeling valued, welcoming responsibility and willing to go the extra mile without being asked.

This programme will give you insights into how to apply challenge in a way that motivates greater individual performance, how to use feedback as a positive means of encouraging personal effectiveness.
